National Energy Partners This company is a ripoff, thay are over charging there customers. Columbus, Ohio

When I signed the  lease and paid my deposit, the apt complex NEVER once mentioned to me that they use this bogus eletric company, I did not find out until I called to have my services transferred from my old address.   Then after I moved in and recieved my first ill it $179.00 for only 3 weeks for water and electric, they were charging me for services on dates before I ever moved into the apartment. 

So I call in the automated system to pay my bill after they removed the extra charges and discovered that my new bill was over $200.00 !!!!! Now this is for only ONE month, I literally have to live upstairs in my townhouse because the downstairs is too cold, and my thermostat is never set about 66 degrees, I have energy saver bulbs and unplug all of my electronics before I leave every morning and noone is home all day in my apt.

I am a single mother and don't have the income to pay these outrageous bills, you can't even apply for PIP or any other assistance with this electric company, SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS!!!! Why aare they allowed to do this to people??? I am trying to find a way to move out of this aprtment community because i am having to sacrifice buying food to pay these high electric bills....this is nothing but a SCAM!!!!
