National Express Moving Service Company picked up the furniture on March 21 and it is June 2 and I still don't have the furniture! Promised they'd be here several times but have never shown up! Clearwater Florida

This company has been HORRIBLE to deal with! They say they'll call back, but never do. They say they'll be here on a certain day but never show up. They made us pay IN FULL up front, and now they won't deliver the furniture. I've talked with several people, the last one named Bobby who said he was the dispatch manager. He promised the furniture would be here last week and that they'd call several days in advance and would deliver whenever it was convenient for me.

They called last night (about 10 days late!) and left a message that they'd be here tonight. Then the driver called and gave me a hard time because I won't be here when "we'd agreed" for delivery. I NEVER AGREED TO A DELIVERY TIME -- HE SIMPLY LEFT A MESSAGE!!! What a horrible company to deal with! And I've yet to see my furniture!

Dear Mam,

I know only to well what you are going through, "Bobby" is Robert Leitgeb one of the owners of this company. His partner is Jeffrey Allison. They operate/do business also under the name of NeXmove. He has Several different telephone numbers and several different licensing numbers that he uses.

He has another companies trademarked name on the trucks he operates with as well as using contracts with a company name that is NOT part of. Help other consumers, call the company who referred you to this comapny and tell them of your story. Tell them if they continue to refer customers to them you will report them as well to this site as well as the BBB and department of consumer protection. File a report with the local BBB about your situation. Don't stop complaining... Even after you recieve your delivery. It's important to WARN the public about this company.

Also, call your credit card company and tell them you have not recieved the services that you "pre-paid" for. Stop the payment before its' to late to do so.
