National Financial Advisors Scam artist last class, Crooks preying on unassuming fools who believe them. Henderson, Nevada

I was contacted in March of 2009 by this company, I was told that they could guarentee me a grant for my small business. They just needed 3000.00 for lawyer fees, and to create a wed site for my company.

I then went to the better business breru web site and looked them up. All seemed fine. At no time did I run across any negative feedback about this company.

I then like a fool, went and borrowed the 3000.00 fee and Fed-Exed the cashier's check to them the next day. About two weeks later I received a packet from them in the mail. They requested bank information, Copies of drivers licenses, and business information. Like a fool I sent it all to them. Then finally in July I received an e-mail from them so they could design a web site for my business.

As the months crept by I heard nothing from them. I would call and call, leaving messages with my name, company name and phone numbers where I could be reached. Nothing. I finally got a voice mail from them sometime in Sept. (which I still have saved on my phone), stating that my grant was in the final stages.

That was the last communication I ever received. The e-mail address is no longer in service and most of the phone numbers I had for them have been disconnected. The one number that is not disconnected goes straight to an automated system. If you leave messages no one returns your calls.

I really hope someone can stop these people and can also help me to recoup my losses. I own a very small business and 3000.00 could literally make or break it. I still can't believe I spent 3000.00 dollars on a 50 cent folder and about 10 cents worth of useless paper.
