National Fitness Center Signature Club Flat out lied to me about adding a contract when kids were added to kids in motion now she denies it Knoxville Tennessee

I signed up for national fitness signature club with a nice lady. She told myself and children if we ever wanted to try the kids in motion part instead of standard child care it would be no issue. Came back a few days later and said the kids wanted to try it. She said great let me know what they think because as a member already they can Try it. So long story short we paid the $30 for a month and came back and requested it removed because the 20 min classes are a joke and not worth 30 a month. Now I'm told its in a 3 yr contract also and nothing can be done. So I go back to Kathy knowing she would remember and fix it. She actually looked me in the face and said Oh I thought you meant you already tried it I'm sorry. I've never been so disgusted and should have listened to everyone about this gym. All I want is it to be removed off of my membership and and keep my membership. Kathy knows what she did and its sad she can sleep at night knowing it.
