 I resigned as a driver on 6-23-2016 and on that day i returned my truck to the terminal i worked for after my shift was over ( i did submit a 2 week notice and fulfilled it), upon doing this i turned in the keys to my truck (with no damages), security badge, keys and corporate fuel card and i asked if i would get my escrow money back (drivers gave to pay 10.00 a week out of every check until account reaches 500.00 to cover recovery costs if you abandon truck), my operations manager said yes and submitted paperwork into corporate that stated i did everything right and that he had everything he needed from me! I received a call 2 days later that stated they would return my escrow money but would wait the entire 30 days that the law provides them with to return an employees money, now were past 30 days and they arent giving me the escrow money back and they have 0 grounds to keep it, i will now have to hire a lawyer and go after them for what is rightfully owed to me, very scandolous and discriminative company!!!
