National Grant Services SCAM!!!! NYNY New York

I was contacted by National Grant Services via my cell phone. The rep gave his name as Franklin Joseph, after prodding him he provided the following address and phone number of this agency; 125 Baker Dr. Brooklyn NY 11208, ph 866-634-5648. My cell phone identified the call as originating from 764 243 2121. He advised me first I was qualified for a federal grant in the sum of $8,000 and I would need to register to recieve this grant. A refundable fee of $299.95 was to be electronically transferred to them from my bank account. He further advised this grant did not have to be paid back. I indicated I would only send a check and this was not acceptable to them, electonic transfers only. The fellow spoke with an accent, poor English and was typical of high pressure sales, i.e., we need to get this done right now!
