National Grants Consultant ripoff promised me grant money paid $399.00 and never received my documents plus i'm battling breast cancer thats why i wanted the grant money Champlain New York

yes i was fooling around on the computer on evening looking for finacial help for my medical bills and the form for nationalgrants consultant poped up so i filled it out and about a few days later there was a response on my phone to call there company i was approved for $5000 and i can get up to $50,000 minium.so i called after playing phone tag for a few weeks and they gave me a referal number and i asked them like five or six times if this is a scam and they said NO i found them they didn;t find me so they explained everything to me that i was approved for $5000 and that i was also approved for general purpose $20,000 to $30,000 they said to me that they were a legal company check with the better bussiness and then they told me that on june 6th 2007 they would take $399.00 out and in 15 to 20 days my documents would be sent to me fill them out and return them to us. well it is now july 25th and no documents i have sent them three emails and now there phone number is temporaily out of service.the gentleman that approved my loan name was Josh and the other man who gave me my approval number and said they were legit name was Reggie Noble. Iam battling breast cancer here i just want my refund sent back to me or some answers as why they never sent out the documents plus Mr. Nobble also said if i would stop payment i would never be able to get a goverment grant.so is there anything Ican do at this point pleasetry and help cause its very stressful
