National Gun Owner Association National Gun Owners Association Faulty product: Tactiacal G700 LED Flashlight. I mailed the faulty cap switch to them with postage included and have not received a replacement part. Calls to them go unreturned. St. Peters Missouri

I was elated to receive this flashlight from my father Charles Pierce as a gift. Shortly after receiving it, I realized that the push button switch didn't work on the flashlight. I called the company for a replacement part and they told me I would have to buy a new flashlight. This is a very bright, very specialized and expensive flashlight. I told them that was not acceptable.

I mailed them the faulty part with a handwritten note requesting a replacement part. I inlcuded return postage.

Subsequently I have called and waited for service. I pressed the option for a callback twice.

I have received no callback and no replacement part.

I feel as the National Gun Owners Association and seller of this product that they should either refund my father for the purchase (they did have him on record when I called) or send me the replacement part.

So far, it has been a rip-off and there has been no attempt on their part to make it right.
