This company withdrew $299.25 from my checking account. They refuse to refund the money, even though I have filed a complaint. I never once authorized this money or enrolled as a "member" for this service. When I called to request the refund, they act like they are acting on good faith and send my request to the "home" office. Two days later, my request comes back denied, naturally. I called back today to get more information on the company. I waited on hold for more than 30 minutes, and tried to get at least the company name and address. The rep refused to give me the company's physical mailing address and would not let me speak to a supervisor. Not a suprise.
How can companies get away with a SCAM like this? This is alot of money for me. My account was overdrawn and bank fees charged.
Please alert others of this company and help me to get my money back.

I had the same issue... I harranged the guy on the phone over and over again and finally got the address to the home office, which seems to be a load of bunk as well. The only thing that you can do to get your money back is file a fraudulant withdrawl claim with your bank, and when they research the company, they will come across the thousands of others who have been scammed and refund you your money.
Good Luck!!
