National Health&Wellness Club Health & Wellness Club Lifetime member Liars!! Internet

I have just located my Lifetime Member card for National Health and wellnesd club member since 2003. I tried to log on or create an account at the website but was instructed to contact customer service. When I did reach this rude gentleman who obviously was answering his own personal phone. i was instructed that I was at fault and needed to submit a request to reinstate my account in writing. When I questioned how a lifetime account could be deactivated this rude man hung up on me! I cannot remember what the fee was for a lifetime membership in this obviously non existent company but I want this investigated. My membership number is 00038535. For whatever it cost me initially I want a refund!!!
