National Home Protection, Free Gas Central Home Depot Refund Scam; Gas refund scam New York ; Largo Internet, New York, Florida

I've not yet received two [2] $50 Home Depot refund debit cards from National Home Protection even though I followed and received phone conformation that my refund forms were accepted in Sep 2008. I've written numerous email requests and phone call requests for the nationally advertised refunds to no avail as there's never a written conformation to send the refund.

I've sent in gas receipts to Free Gas Central for the months of Jul, Aug, Sep, Oct, Nov, Dec 2008, and Jan 2008 to receive $50 for each receipt and received email conformation. I've only received two [2] refund debit cards for Jul and Aug 2008 even though it's one day shy of Feb 2009. I've written email requests and have called them numerous times and have received phone conformation that the cards will be sent. I still have only received the two [2] crads with five [5] still pending after another 6 months in arrears.
