I too purchased a machine from NID last year. After an extremely lengthy waiting period we finally received our machine and a location in Seattle. NID provided such poor technical support for the machine that the mall kicked us out! The machine is now sitting in our garage. The location department basically informed us that it was our problem to find a new location and that we should just try to sell the machine on Ebay. Now I receive a letter from the company that they are no longer in business. I am out $23,000! We need to form a class action suit.
