National Imaging Distributors, kiosk business op ripoff, need class action suit!! Tamarac Florida

In September 2005, I contacted National Imaging Distributors, Inc. (NID) in response to their advertisement for a business opportunity involving the ownership and operation of digital photo kiosks. I spoke with David Gellerman (by the way, his home phone # is: 954-255-7001, and his cell # is: 954-444-0885 - CALL HIM!!!), who sent me an information package and, after reviewing it, I purchased my first kiosk (and associated services) for $16,995 by initiating a wire transfer from my bank account to NID's account (#003677013508) at Bank of America located at 5900 Rock Island Rd, Tamarac, FL 33319 (routing #026009593).

Within one week, NID sent me a purchase order showing receipt of payment. NID indicated that they would build and test the machine I purchased, which would take about 6-8 weeks. Meanwhile, I had to establish a location for the kiosk and get a signed agreement from a location owner, which I was to provide to NID to initiate delivery of the kiosk.

By March, I still had not established a location for my first kiosk and I received a call from NID indicating that they were offering a discount on a 2nd kiosk for $13,500. I agreed, and on 3/15/06, I wired 10% ($1,350) to the account listed above, and then on 3/21/06, I wired the remaining 90% ($12,150). Shortly thereafter, I received another purchase order showing receipt of payment. Meanwhile, I continued to search for and establish locations.

On June 9, 2006, I received a letter from NID, dated June 6, 2006 informing me that they were no longer able to stay in business and indicating that I should send all correspondence to P.O. Box 25204, Tamarac, FL 33320, which I am doing today, June 12, 2006. I feel that I am due the $30,495.00 that I paid for the two kiosks.

This morning, 6/12/06, I filed an online complaint with the Attny General, Div of Consumer Svcs (www.800helpfla.com), I have hired a private investigator, and am going to call the Broward County Sheriff, Dep French (954-720-2225). Lets get a class action suit going!!!!!
