Do not use this company under any circumstances for your video surveillance needs.

I have had my system less than 6 months and the entire system needs to be replaced already after spending hundreds of dollars trying to fix it.

1. National Imaging Services used the wrong cabling for the cameras; they used aluminum (TV) instead of (CCTV) copper cabling. I have video that drops out and rolls randomly. Was told need to replace all cabling for all 4 cameras.

2. National Imaging Services used the wrong connectors on the cables, and now the outside connectors are corroding, adding to the video loss problem.

3. National Imaging Services do not cover the connectors with a protective box, adding to the corrosion problems.

4. National Imaging Services did not install sun shields on the cameras, even though they came with the cameras.

5. National Imaging Services did not come out and install filters on the cameras to help with some lighting issues even though they said they would.

6. National Imaging Services installed cheap Chinese no-name cameras, DVR, and power adapters. I have already had to replace the DVR and 2 of the power adapters. The Windows software that came with the DVR crashes every day and is written in poor English. Plus the software came on an unlabeled, obviously copied DVD.

7. National Imaging Services should have installed a power junction box for the cameras, and not used adapters in the first place.

8. Cosmetically, National Imaging Services did a horrible job. They cut ragged holes in the wall, left electrical wire exposed, and did not tack up the cabling either inside the house or outside. After repeated calls to fix this, National Imaging Services ignored me and I had to pay someone else to do this.

9. National Imaging Services did not set up the Internet connection for the system, telling me to figure it out on my own.

10. National Imaging Services was unprofessional, not returning calls, saying they never got the calls, not showing up for appointments at all or showing up to appointments hours late.

11. During the install, James Manry used his son as his second worker, and they were bickering during the whole install.
