company was hired to pay off credit cards, with a 2 1/2 year window. they set up an account and took a payment from my checking account every month. they promised right from the start that they would assure that I do not receive any more harassing calls from my debtors, the calls never did stop.

I had too send letters to debtors asking them to stop calling. they said it would take a year too a year and a half for me too build up enough savings to start working with creditors, they took my money and set up an account, but every time I called them they asked me how much money I had in my account, I told them you have the money you should know.

The last person I talked too said I need to send them proof of such money, because they all of a sudden don't have any record that I sent them money (ripoff) and what money I did send was all for set up fees, $2900.00 worth of set up fees, what exactly was being set up that cost $2900.00 (ripoff).

then after they said I had enough money, they told me that none of the creditors were willing too work with them and that we would have too try something different(this was sounding wrong already) they advised that I would have too work with the creditors myself and that they would give me advise. Right here I told them that if they could not perform the duty that they were hired for that they would have to return the money that they were holding for me to negociate with creditors, since I would have to negociate with them myself.

They then said they may be able too work with one of the companys (vystar credit union) They supposively made them an offer of $5000.00+ They said vystar turned down their offer and we would have too wait and that vystar would come around.

Well the next thing that happened was that I received a court summons, I called NIS they told me I would have to write a letter and send it too the court, oh and they wanted to see the letter first, so I sent it too them and they waited for the last minute too send it too the court. Well the next thing is the court is garnishing payment from my pay check. I informed NIS, they said they would work on it and get back with me, again they did nothing.

Every time I called they seemed too have someone new on my file and again would check into it and get back with me. after 2 1/2 years they say they tryed to get back with me and that (I) wasn't being understanding and the whole thing was my fault.
