Every year member can order the Club knives.  Year 2014, (3) three knives were ordered and paid in full via check #8558 dated 5-22-14.  The amount of check was $417.70.  It was cashed by the Knife Club and the amount was withdrawn from my account.  

I have been ordering Club knives for at least 21 years for my grandsons and myself.  I have never had any problem getting those knives for that current year of order etc.

I have not received the knives, and have not received any communication from the Club.  Have sent a minimum of 3 Emails regarding the problem,  My wife has tried telephoning the Club, but cannot get any contact at all after 10 attempts.

I have tried to get some information thru Facebook but have no results.

My problem is.  Have I been ripped off or what.  It has been a year and nothing has happened.  Hopefully you can help please.  Thank you in advance.
