I have been going to NLI for about a year for Dysport Injections. My tech was Claudette Fresquez at the 3850 West Northwest Highway in Dallas location. At the first visit I was learning about Dysport and knew I wanted this, but she tried to push Botox on me. I stuck to what I wanted, and got 44 units of Dysport. I went back in July 2012 and got the same 44 units of Dysport with Claudette. I recently got a call about a special they are running for $3 per unit on Dysport, so I was due and made the appointment. Normally it runs $4.30 per unit. In the appointment, Claudette asked if I wanted the same and I said yes, which was 44 units. She measured it and was done within 5 minutes, not saying anything more and not adding more after. As I was checking out, my bill was $195 and I was in a hurry so didn't notice that was way high. As I was driving home I realized my bill should have been $132 at the $3 per unit special. I called right away and the receptionist said I was giving 65 units. She checked with Claudette who did not get on the phone.  I absolutely did not ask for more than the normal 44 units and was NOT TOLD about 65 units. The receptionist only mentioned she is glad I let her know and would make sure this didn't happen again to me or anyone else, but made no effort to adjust my bill to $132. Claudette didn't call me back either to discuss this. If I truly had asked for 65 units, or knew for sure I was given 65 units, I would not mind paying the full $195. However, I don't believe I was given 65 units and feel scammed into paying the full $4.30 per unit for 44 units that I was told I was getting. I mentioned to the receptionist this didn't feel right at all and I would be looking for another spa next time. Her response was "ok, thanks again for letting us know." Very unprofessional, given my obvious reaction that I felt lied to.
