National LLOYDS INSURANCE COMPANY Standard Insurance Hurst Texas Took out insuarance policy, they ask for a up front payment prior to looking at home, said no problem just send us 379$ we sent it in then recieved a cancellation notice , Reason due to nature of dogs, Dogs are small white (angle dog ) , Brown lab, yellow Lab, and a beagle dog all which are kid friendly, we called they said they would straighten that out, the lady called back said ok every thing is ok, we recived a bill last week saying 115$ due we mailed it in, 2 days later we recieved another cancellation notice now stating due to Condition of Premisses? If that was the case why didn't they say that the 1st time, there is nothing wrong with the home , new paint and new plumbing approx 5000$ worth of new improvements, there is some pavestone on pallets to be laid in front yard but has nothing to due with the condition of the house which is all we had ask for the insurance to cover,

In my opinion They are just a rip off , they should  have examined the home to begin with and gave that information 1st time instead of the dogs then decide to say the condition of premises,

I think they should have to return all my money, they have been trying to rip us off ever since they recieved that 1st check and it clear, just wrong, i would not ever advise anyone to ever use these people for insurance coverage company doesn't seem to reptable co.
