National Managment Inc - Dan Chasin Insulted me, used me, made a fool of me, lied to me. Frauds, fakes, LIARS!!!! Scottsdale, Arizona

I knew there was something wrong the moment I stepped in the office but chose to ignore it. My first interview was max 2 minutes long but they assured me that it was not traditional but had some lame excuse as to why. In the first interview they immediately invited me back acting as if they never do that for people. They ponder for a minute then say you know what NO Im gonna offer you to come back now instead of calling... RIGHT. That's just the beginning...The second interview and even bigger joke. it is a group interview that you sit there for 2 and a half hours and listen to CRAPtacular speaches given by DAN CHASIN, but he refuses to answer any questions or pussyfoots around them saying he will get to that than never gets to the questions.

Some questions he avoids is: where will i be selling? how long do I do it for before i get my own crew? WHO do we sell to? I don't have a license to sell you guys do so won't I get arrested? They tell you they have a license to sell well they have  license but you don't you are a contractor which means, people, you are not their employee!! You get in trouble your on your own. Than they say your going out in the field but only to learn how to sell the perfume once you have done that you get your crew... NOT there is no crew your their pyramid selling scheme. They also have you use your own vehicle and never get reimbursed for using it or even have people you drive around pitch in for gas, you spend money instead of making it!! Myself and everyone i worked with that drove spent more money on gas than bringing it home. Their excuses for you not doing good is because you did not have a good attitude or you were not motivated and you needed to get motivated!!

They tell you to go on roads that where you really make the big bucks, NOT true i went on a few and did not make anything by the time i totaled out what it cost me to get there and back...I was also left with an empty tank when we got back which is not the condition it was in when we left, thanks for pitching in jerks!! They set you up to believe their BS and Dan Long is another one who is in on feeding the bull...They put you in manager meetings to make you feel all special and want you to start bsin the people the way they have about the job. Oh by the way to all you wondering they don't ever pay you hourly either you will sell perfume and only sell perfume you are on the lower part of the hill and where does s**t roll?? DAN's and all you other employees at NMI I hope you read this and realize what pieces of s**t you all are, and your such a waste of time and money and you don't feel bad that these people could be looking for REAL jobs but you only care about yourselves. Do AZ a favor and move on to another state already just like before.
