I, too, have been receiving NUMEROUS calls from this phone number. I only actually spoke to someone once. The woman asked for me by name and I asked her who was calling. She asked for me by name again and irately, I asked who was on the other line of my telephone. She laughed and then hung up.

Because I don't know anyone in Texas, I decided to use Google and reverse lookup to find out who was calling me. On Google, several websites came up regarding this phone number. As I was reading what people had posted, my mouth almost hit the floor. On the reverse lookup, the only information that came up was Wichita Falls, TX and NTS Communications.

I started receiving calls on 11-7-07. So far, I have received 13 calls. On 11-10-07, I answered the phone with, 'Stop calling me because I have reported you to the Better Business Bureau of Texas, Federal Trade Commission, my local police department, NTS Communications (their telephone service provider) and my cell phone service provider.' At some point while I was telling them to stop calling, they hung up. I also sent them a fax (when their number was still accepting calls and faxes) informing them that I had filed a report against them to the people listed above.

My cell phone service provider put a trace on my phone to track the phone that keeps calling me. However, I still keep getting the phone calls. Now, instead of them calling eight times a day, they are only calling three times a day. When I called the number back, I got a recording saying that this number was no longer in use.

On 11-13-07, I filed a report with the Wichita Falls police department. The deputy I spoke to said the more people that file, the sooner the investigation starts. She also told me that it is more helpful to have others file a report because they will be able to get more information on these people that are harassing us. The deputy asked if I was willing to testify, if need be, and I told her, 'absolutely'. The Wichita Falls police department phone number is (940) 761-7792.

I am just trying to nip this in the butt before I end up like many other people who have been getting calls for weeks and months. I hope the information that I have provided will help you in serving justice.
