I received a call from a woman with a heavy India accent stating she would send a package of medical information. No package ever came. She requested my bank account information and stated I had given it to her before and she needed confirmation from me. She gave me a receipt number which she said is the only way to cancel the order.

She also gave me a bogus customer service number of 866-395-2019. BEWARE OF THIS BIG SCAM!!!
