National Merchant Solutions Inc - Timothy Boyd Timothy Boyd Fraud-filed my info after was told not to plus filed it twice so I now have two unauthorized merchant accounts I am being charged for and not using Birmingham, Alabama

Timothy Boyd came to our veterinary practice promising good rates and free equipment.A week went by and we did not hear anything I called the processing company and nothing had been filed.

I then talked with another veterinarian's processor and was told Timothy Boyd was lieing to us about the rates. I called the merchant processor and told them under no circumstances should an account be opened.

Timothy Boyd called me 2 weeks after that and I told him the same thing. Do not open the account. He offered me 200.00 dolllars if I would go ahead and open the account. The check would be in my name and not the practices name. I told him no and this made him angry.

He not only opened one account but two accounts under the clinic name. Stay away from this man and his company
