National Motors Museum Mint is a complete and total scam. I recently purchased in November a classic collectable car for my father as a Christmas Present, I recieved it within 4 weeks, using a money order, everything seemed fine. Then in the middle of January I recieved from them a pamphlet and letter stating since I was such a valued customer, I had the option to send in the enclosed attatchment and I would recieve a free collectable car and preview two other cars with the option of later purchasing them (I however decided against this, as I did not want to pay for the postage). A few hours later, I recieved a call from this company stating the same thing I had read in the letter, (how the heck they ever got my number is beyond me, as I had never gave them my number), I kindly rejected the offer, and said whatever. Then just this past Saturday I recieved the package inside is the car along with 3 other cars and a bill stating the cars are $25 with shipping and handling at $7 and I am to immdeiatly pay them the $32 to keep my account in good balance. I quickly went on line to see the account they claim is mine, I went to myorderlist.net typed in my name and zip code, saw the order I purchased in November, then the current order they put in my name and additional orders pending. When I went through the paper they sent me it said I would recieve 2 packages every month for 6 months (I calculated in my head $63 a month times 6 months...) I called their 888 number and the machine said it's closed for the weekend and to call back during the week. Come Monday I called them exactly at 9 am, was on hold til an associate could reach me for 20 mins, I spoke to some guy who asked for my last name and my zip, I told him I wanted my account canceled and he claimed he just did, I stated I will be returing the package in the mail. I went back online to check this so called account of mine, the site still stated pending for the future orders that also states I'll be recieving a package sometime during the first of the month. I mailed off their package and it cost me $9 through regular mail time of 7 days. I hate that company, it's costing me money for the screw ups!
