National moving group Hey this moving broker almost $1000 they never went through with the contract Boca Raton Florida

  Two weeks ago I contacted national moving group who is a broker helping you to be able to move They were so helpful oh yeah we can do it we can do your move no problem we can do it for $2500 you give us almost 1000 down will find you a great moving company Friday the believe the 23rd I gave them almost $1000 was told that the next day I would hear from someone going out for my stuff to make sure everything was on the truck that I wanted finally heard from a gentleman called him back low and behold he told me the electric was going out he couldn't help me to the next day next day he called I tried calling back several times never heard back from him again I'm reading the fine print and it saying that after 72 hours you can't get a refund so again Monday I'm trying to call these people all day never heard from them never heard from them finally Tuesday I get a call back from a gentleman named Eric right off the bat he tells me that my move is going to cost me yet $1000 more I explained to him I don't have that kind of money he said that I'd have to sell a bunch of stuff and take a bunch stuff off the truck OK fine I'll do that my move was supposed to happen Tuesday or Wednesday didn't come Tuesday didn't come Wednesday told me they'd be there between 12 and four on Thursday 12 came for came never heard from anybody tried calling was told I will call you back in 15 minutes didn't hear from anybody till almost 6 o'clock that night telling me that the driver would be to my house by seven or 730 I told them I no longer one of their service and they told me well then you don't get your deposit back After I read many reports on yelp and moving.com and the Better Business Bureau apparently this is what they do they are a bunch of scam artists and they end up charging people more money they hold peoples items hostage until they pay you more money and they get you in a rock and a hard place and either you pay up or you're SOL
