National Moving Network & AY Transport ripoff extra charges rude destructive liars cheatsMoving scam ripoff San Jose California

Moving my parents from San Diego to Medford turned into disaster because the brokers (National Moving Network)in Florida gave order to AY Transport (San Jose, CA)and this company proceeded to destroy and/or lose more than half of the goods picked up. The delivery time was delayed, they refused to unload until the cash was in their hands and an additional $225 cash was demanded before they would unload furniture at second (approved) destination. They also ran over a mailbox of neighbor and have not paid for that.

Although the move was extremely stressful (and almost fatal) to my 85 year old parents, I feel fortunate that they didn't lose all of their belongings like some of the other customers using these companies. This move was in July of 2004 and although I know we probably won't see any monetary reimbusement, I would like to see these cheating, lying, corrupt criminals put out of business so no more innocent people will be hurt.
