I did not incur these charges and do not intend to pay. My problem, however, is getting these charges removed. Dispite an intensive search and numerous phone calls I can not find any contact information for National One Telecom other than their website. This is completely unacceptable business practice.
My local phone company told me I need to contact USBI. After 2 days of persistent calling, I finally talked to someone that told me I would have to clear these charges through National One. I have drafted a protest letter to send through the mail, but at this point I don't even want to sign it for fear that my signature will be stolen and used without my consent just as my phone number and other personal information has.
Please help me get these charges removed.
