National Pharmacy Network NPN took $1495.00 for an online pharmaceutical business, with written 100% refund if after one year not profit equaling my investments. I received no profit/ no refund. Stateline Nevada

On August 15, 2006, I trusted a persuasive and seemingly credible salesperson from the National Pharmacy Network and paid $1495 for a website, a binder and coaching as needed to promote an online discount pharmaceutical business. Within this binder I have a typed 100% guarantee contract that would provide me for full refund of the $1495(does not include additional $40 for shipping), if my business commissions did not equal the $1495, after one year.

I additionally purchased $8000 in internet marketing through an organization, VIP Marketing, referred by the National Pharmacy Network, that was 8-21-06; which was another ripoff and a seperate complaint.

I contacted the National Pharmacy Network via mail and phone on 8-21-07;
I previously contacted the Dist.Atty. of Arizona, May 3, 2007, when I discovered a class action suit was being filed by them against the National Pharmacy Network and the VIP Marketing firm. To date, I have heard nothing from neither the National Pharmacy Network, VIP Marketing nor the Dist. Atty. of Arizona. I have tried to call the NPN and VIP Marketing, but I receive no answers.

I have been totally ripped off and fraudulently mislead by these two firms;
I should have done more investigating before investing so much.
