National Platinum & Member Sevices - American Platnium they deducted $99 from my checking acct without my approval as soon as my Direct Depoist hit the bank they got to my funds before I was even able to get to my bank as though I would not have noticed $ Charlotte, North Carolina

Platnium Card service debited $99 from my account as soon as my funds became readily available or as soon as my Direct Deposit hit the bank they went into my account and took $99 unapproved.  I called them that day 5/28 and an answering service came on and took a message for me stating that they answer the phones for several businesses and that if I gave her my information (name, phone #) that they would get back to me before the end of the business day today or she said I could keep calling until a live person asnwers the phone and if she answers again to just hang up on her and keep trying ... When I initially called the line was busy for the first couple of hours that morning.  Well someone did get back to me 5/28/2010 around 5:30pm from a Charlotte NC area code phone #704-525-3880 and he said that I applied for his service 5/15 on line and that I only had 7 days to call and cancel my membership (hense I had no idea I had a memeber ship with these people??? never received anything at all from these people??? nor did I ever sign up for anything with these people who ever they are???)....He continued to tell me that I needed to go to my local police station to file a report and fax that report back to them.  At that point I did call my bank and they said they would mail me a dispute form so I am able to file a dispute to get a credit to my account but as of right now (6/3/2010) I am out $99 and have no service or membership with anyone!! Very upsetting to say the least I tried to get my bank to credit my account right away but they said they need to do an investigation first.... I called memeber services back again today and they said they have a no refund policy!!! was 7 days no its NO days... I expect to be credited within the next few days
