National Pool And Spa ripoff Went under and my tub was financed for 7400 and gave me to hot tub Eastlake Ohio

I had purchased on their in store credit card a hot tub. I checked back several times when the tub was coming. They stated that it was still getting made at master spas. And master spa was not helpful I must add. When I called them they had no sympathy. They couldn't figure out what tub was mine? They couldn't figure nothing out. Sounds funny since they must of had a order for one through that company? And salesman said that lost his job from National said I could get my exact spa from spa depot in Avon? hmmm

Well let me tell you how helpful the company I financed through is. Not at all. That company is GE Money. I called them as soon as I found out they were closing. And I was not getting my tub. Oh my god. They were not the least bit interested. Put the despute in writing. Ok I jumped on it. Well it went to the wrong department. So I called a month later wondering what happened. And a supervisor said oh it has to be at another department not that one. So you have to fall behind all the other desputes. They can not discrimate? So I asked you mean to tell me you can't call that department in the same city and company and get a copy of my letter? She said no I Can't. What a run around.

So here I am waiting longer for a despute letter again?
