This union is a joke. We have been trying to get them to file grievances on our behalf for 6 years! What have we gotten? Nothing but lip service. Our local screws us and our national follows suit.

Not only file online with National Labor Relations Board,,EEOC...Turn them over to Internal Revenue Service. Download form 3949 A from Internal Revenue, you will recieve 10% of what they find wrong with that union and it's representation of it's members.
Do your homework on Right To Work States
Too many Americans are loosing jobs and being treated unfairly due to race, gender, religion or lack of one..The other reason is the exportation of American jobs overseas to countries that have no employment laws.
Fight back..put their business on every available blog and news media you can find...All of America needs to know what the Unions are and are not doing...Workers in Nevada recieved in their last contract 3 cents over a four to five year period and can't pay their bills!
Do not reveal the entire problem here take it to court. It is the only way Americans can preserve a decent living and secure their jobs. It looks like the unions are selling everybody out. Good luck.

There are 46 residual jobs right now at southeastern. Our avp says only 2 out of 20 ptf;s can be converted. meanwhile, supervisors and casual and regular clerks are doing our jobs on a daily basis. Some of us have been ptf's for 6 years now. It is a joke.

And You're Not Contacting the NLRB Because?????

File a complaint with the National Labor Relations Board for the Union failing to represent you. File a complaint with the National union. Contact the National Business Agent. All of this information is available online. BTW, I'm a former APWU steward and officer - don't take being ignored. However, there is the possibility that your complaints are frivolous and capricious; they'll get thrown out. But the union has an obligation to file those frivolous complaints anyway.
