I was contacted today regarding a debt that is invalid. When I called them back to get information on this debt they were rude and very push. They stated that if I didn't pay this debt I would be arrested on Monday morning and be put infront of a judge. I called them back to ask for some proof of this "debt" and the guy told me to "F*&k Off and called me a F**king B**ch and a w***e. I let him know that it is illegal to talk to me like that and he then hung up on me. I called back to speak with a supervisor to report him and the guy I was speaking with was a complete pervert.

After trying to get information on this "debt" he started to call me "baby" and started to ask my marital status and if I had any kids. Next he started to make these sexual noises and asked if I wanted to have sex with him and he could get rid of this debt. Little did he know that he was on speaker and my husband was listening too (my husband was getting quite aggravated) my husband then got on the phone and the guy told him that he was going to F***ing find me and F*&k me.

I called the local law and filled out a complaint. The scary thing is that this guy knew all my personal information he repeated my SS#, address and DOB back to me as well as my dad and sisters names.
