National Publication Billing Services, LLC Customer Care Magazine subscription agent that won't take no for an answer ... for over a decade! Carlsbad, California

In 1998 this company began sending my then 15 year old son, "Notice of Renewal/New Order" notices that look like an installment payment statement.  Back then, we return mailed the statement indicating that we did not subscribe to the magazine, nor did we care to place an order.  Shortly there after we received another bill-look-alike sent to our under age son. 

This time I called & explained same as above and indicated that we wanted to be removed from their mailing list(s).  I also called the magazine subscription department directly, and indicated that our household was not interested in a subscription and please notify their agent to stop contacting us.  Following year he was billed again.  I called again and pointed out that they were harrassing a minor, who had no personal income, who had not placed an order in the first place & they needed to stop this nonsense. Each phone call closed with verbal promise we would not be contacted again.

In 2000 we moved to another state, and continued to receive bi-annual subscription renewal-like notices from this company for the same magazine. By this time I just throw them out after we've had a laugh about how some folks don't understand no means no.  2004 we moved again, but this time our son was already off to college and has been independent ever since.  Yet to this day 12/2011 we still receive our bi-annual bill addressed to our son, at our home address.

Annoyed with stupidity of situation, waste of paper, bad business policies and that our family name/addresses can't seem to be removed from a mailing list tree that somehow involves this company.
