National Recovery Agency Group LLC NRA Group LLC Won't identify corporation when asked, hangs up when pressed for their corporate name unknown Nationwide

Corporation calls leaves message to call their number...I can deal with this.

When call returned person answering phone responds as NRA Group LLC, only when pressed responds "no not THE NRA" 9/10 times hang up when pressed to answer "what do the intitials NRA stand for" and "what is your corporate name NOT the initials." I was recently told "you can look us up on the internet using these initials." Okay, so if I can find out the words on the internet, why hang up on me instead of answering the simple question?

If you call me and won't identify yourself, that is harassment. If, as I told them, you won't verify PUBLIC information why would I verify PRIVATE information? Tonight a supposed supervisor said "so your name is private information?" Ummm, YES! I don't have to give it to anybody unless I want. My telephone number and the fact that it belongs to me are PRIVATE information. They don't belong to the public as a publicly held company does.

Last time they called they said they would note my request and have the corporation I supposedly owe send me an itemized statement...for over 6 months now. I have heard nothing from the company I supposedly owe.

These people, 80% or higher (I met 2 that I can say were not outight rude) are rude and nasty. This last 'supervisor' I spoke with could not pronounce my name (it's 4 letters for crying out loud) or the street I live on. How can I verify correct info if you can't even give me the correct info?
