National Repair Depot Central Service Depot Turned my $800 HP laptop into a piece of crap. FT. Worth, Texas

I had purchased the laptop at Circuit City and for $800 and a 4 year warranty for $300. Well my laptop was not turning on or working so because circuit city had closed this company Assurant Solutions took over the service plans and they had us take the laptop to Radio Shack so they (Radio Shack) can ship the laptop to National Repair Depot. They stood with the laptop for 14 days and sent it back saying that the harddrive had been replaced with a refurbished harddrive and the mother board had also been replaced.

Well now it takes forever to turn on and my internal speakers that used to be stereo sound speakers of high quality now sounds like the music is being played out of a tin can. By the way they didn't send me my harddrive to me so now they have all my info with them. So I called the company and complained they said take it Radio Shack again they stood with my laptop for another 14 days I recieve it back and they did nothing to it but they say they changed the motherboard again, mind you they keep send it back with a different battery when that doesn't want to charge and they stood with mhy new battery, they are sending me a new battery.

 So again I called and compained now they are going to send it to GSC Depot and they are telling me that most likely they will replace my laptop not based on how much I spent on it but whats compatible, that's not even honoring my warranty that they took over. Now I have a piece of crap laptop. What can I do about it? These people took all my high quality parts from inside and put bootleg parts in here. Should I let GSC Depot try to fix it? I am waiting for the box that they are sending me because they said that they are not using Radio Shack since last year, BUT I dropped it off in Nov. 2011 and again on Dec. 2011. Scary huh? Any help would be appreciated.
