I went to look for a travel trailer and Steve was the salesperson. I been looking for approximately a week, at this particular store, I finally found the one I liked and Steve told me to come back in the a.m. and I can perhaps take it home that day. I came back that night just so that I can leave a $500 deposit, so in that a.m. everything will go smoothly and fast. So when I came back that night, Steve tells  me that he was unable to get it ready  in the a.m. because he had other customers. But stated that I should still get there in the a.m. so we could do the paperwork, and the test run. But he could not do the walk-through and the prep, he could do those on Wednesday which was five days later. I  arrived in the a.m. at 9 o'clock sharp. The next morning. And watch patiently as other customers was coming in, beening greeted and leaving. I sat there on the sofa, not one other sales person , manager or any other employee  ask me if they can help me. But Steve periodically came to check on me . I waited for almost 3 hours for a test run. Steve then tells me that if I take a different style trailer, he would give me a free prep and also a free hitch and he can  let me take the trailer home that day. I agreed, A hour goes by and then the manager/owner Gabrielle, by at around 1 pm and stated that she was going to get me going on my way.she stated I could choose any trailer I want and they would prepped  it I could take it home that day. I then told Steve what she said and explained to him that I was going to take the original one that I had chose. I also Told the service guy that I was not going to take that trailer that was hooked up to my truck because I did not wanted in the because it was dirty in the inside. I left to get something to eat and hung around until about 4 o'clock only to come back and find that the trailer that I didn't want was still hooked up to my truck. I asked Steve why did they hook the wrong trailer, I then told him what the manager said, The manager abruptly came in the office and stated "what did I say "loudly I then recited back to her what she had previously said earlier that day. She then stated to me it is 4 o'clock now and I can't do it she then stormed out. the office without apologizing or anything. Now I have set at this office from nine to 4 o'clock, never once did I see them being rude to anyone else. I felt like they tried to get me a dirty trail not even washing like every other customer that came in. Didn't Want to give me what I wanted, I felt like I was treated differently And unfair. was told they would not sell me a trailer because I made a complaint or would not give my money back, unless i take back my complaint According to Steve, and was told that Gabrielle Manager/owner was not available to speak with me.  Do you think this is discrimation?
