National Studios Gave Us Bogus Building To Report To Saint Louis Missouri

I live on the Army base Fort Riley & National Studios Inc reps have been recruiting in the PX for about 2 weeks now.

My husband & I decided to sign up since we needed a professional picture done before he is to deploy a few months from now.

On the day of our appointment (today), we went to the building that they wrote on our receipt. When we got to the building, one side was the UPS store (which was closed) & the other side was empty. Both sides were locked.

We then returned to the PX to see if there was a rep there to ask about the mixup, but there were no reps there. We then proceeded to ask the CS desk in the PX about them & no one knew anything.

We then went back to the building & stopped in the Shoppette right next door to see if they knew anything & they didn't. We proceeded to all of the buildings in the area to see if we could find them but we couldn't.

Needless to say, my husband & I were (and still are) extremely disappointed & furious. We already paid the $21.49 about 2 weeks ago so, they have their money.

We tried calling their CS number, but it's closed. We do plan on calling tomorrow & getting a refund.

We were really looking forward to this but now the whole experience has been ruined by bogus information.
