National Studios Inc. I couldn't order a just a single 8x10 portrait!! St. Louis Missouri

When I went to my appointment to pick my pictures up on Mothers Day 2009. I was excited and knew the photographers said all the pictures turned out great. My 2 year old was dressed up like a princess sitting on the chair provided by photographers was one of the pics I wanted. Well they didn't have it when I picked up pictures. That was one strike against them. Then the lady who was telling me about the packages started with the most expensive one and I told her politely I was only interested in the smallest package and was intending on purchasing the 79 dollar one. She just kept on trying to sell me. So I waited patiently until she was through after telling her I wasn't interested in paying that much for pics when you can go to Sears or JcPenneys with a coupon and have no sitting fee and you can choose Sepia and enhancements for a lot cheaper...plus you can run into great photographers there...Anyways when finally I asked to buy just a single 8x10 pic she said I wouldn't be able to do that...I said whynot b/c the paper the photographer gave me with all the different packages said I could. So still she refused to sell me the 8x10 for 29.99 "because it was antique" she said...So I left not buying anything at all!!! With a 2yr old and 4yr old I get lots of pics taken and I know they are way overpriced!!! It also crossed my mind that the other picture of my daughter they didn't want me to buy the rights to it because it came out so great thats why they didn't have it cause I know she's beautiful...so I feel like they used us in a way.
