National Studios Took my money and ran. Maryland Heights Missouri

I was approached by a gentleman at Kmart in Danville, IL on 03/09/2008 who stated he was with National Studios, Inc. This man offered me one unframed 12X16 portrait and 16 gift wallet photos. I paid this person $10.00 and was asked to come back to the store on 03/10/2008 at 7:00 pm for the photo session. The man gave me a National Studios, Inc. Certificate of Guarantee verifying my appointment. I was told I would pay an additional $9.99 at the photo session. My family and I showed up for our appointment 10 minutes early, all dressed up to find no one from the business there. I asked an employee at Kmart if they knew where we were to go to have our photos taken and they stated the company had not shown up that day and didn't know when they would be back. I tried to call the telephone number stated on the certificate only to be placed on hold for 20 minutes before giving up. I work very hard for my money and I do not appreciate scam artists taking advantage of me. If I see this company set up in a retail store I will inform their potential customers about my experience with the company. I suggest people walk away from anyone representing them.
