I noticed a similar post on this site about National Timeshare Liquidators.  I only wish that person had checked (((REDACTED))) because there are numerous postings about this companies alias/predecessors doing this scam.  One of the predecessors E.A.T. Sales took my money using this scam. The provide a written offer for the purchase of your timeshare, request secured funds for closing, cash your check, and call it a day.  This outright theft but they are in Florida where the authorities allow this behavior to go unpunished.  This company will change its name again (after 3-6 months) so remember the game because that will not change.  The company will call and email with a written offer to purchase and then ask you to forward the "closing costs."  The company will then take your money and run.  You can file a police report and complaints with the BBB and the Florida Attorney General.  Remember, these companies are in Florida for a reason.  Don't trust anyone calling from the State of Florida.
