THis company decieves people and takes advantage of those that are unfamiliar with the process of registering a boat. They make their site look like a legitimate government site and ask all the same questions as the official Transport Canada site than charge you for a service that is free. When you ask to cancel the registration and refund money they refuse. They indicate that everywhere on their site mentiones they are not Transport Canada and also remind you that when you approved, you agreed to the terms and conditions which says no refund. My mistake in not reading the lenghty terms and conditions... this is a trap. THey knowingly know that people rarely read these things and everything is in small print or in shaded areas that arent obvious. 

They are taking full advantage ot the fact that refund policies are not regulated.
