national wholesale liquidators NWL poor working conditions brooklyn, New York

I have been working for this store for about a year now and the working conditions are very poor! they squeeze 40 hours of work out of you for the measly 25 hours that they give you. they have you doing multiple tasks that could be handled more efficiently if they were properly staffed. the time clock there resembles a clock from the movie 9 to 5. its always 6 mins slow! I went on vacation during the month of may and still to this day (8/10/2012) have not recieved my vacation pay! the time clock dosent work Alot of times so they make you work anyway saying you will be paid but never end up paying you!this  has happened to me so many times! they take money out your pay for their bs medical coverage that you never even signed up for! the roofs inside the store are so leaky that when it rains it rains all over the clothing and other merchandize in the store. they have "certain" people who work  more hours than others. i started working at least 30 hours per week to ending up working anywhere from 21 hours to25 hours per week! they use certain tactics to get you to quit especially if they do not like you! there was this one lady whom they gave only 7 hours for the work week! who can pay their bills with a 30.00 check!!! when you call your union rep they speak to you very nasty! tis company needs to be reported to the DOL!
