NATIONALAUTO DIVISION MADE STATMENTS THAT MADE ME BELIVE THAT I HAD 30 DAYS TO CANCLE WHEN I DID REALIZE THEY LEIED AND I DID NOT NEED THEIR SERVICE I TRIED TO CANCLE THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND WOULD RETURN MY MONEY THEY NEV HOWELL, New Jersey

I was callled on the phone from National Auto telling me i no longer had a warrenty on my truck.  I asked them if they were with my Jeep company they said yes and they would give me bumper to bumper coverage on my 2007 Jeep.  I told them i already have coverage they said it was expired then they say anyway you have 30 days to cancle if you are not happy with or dont need it.

     I went to my dealer of Jeep showed the paper work they sent me and was told no they are just trying to get your bussiness,  so i called them much less then the 30 days,  they said sorry no problem and they would be sending me a refund in 6 to 8 weeks.  That nerver happed, when i called them to ask when would i be getting my refund they said they had no record of the call and contuned to take auto pay every month, said my 30 days was up and now need to send them a letter to cancle which i did twice but they continue to take from my account.

     I had to call my bank to cancle the account for payment to them,  not sure what the response i will get from them yet but i had to protect my account from them.  they are theives and they lie and are very nasty to me when i call i have evven been hung up on by them.     

      I had to give my new account numbers to all my companies like Con-Ed etc.
