This company will appear to be a online application for a payday advance loan. Which will sell your info to other companies that will withdrawl money from your account for additional services they provide.

They will appear to give a refund but will e-mail you later saying you were denied. So far I have been billed by 2 different companies saying I signed up for thier services. When trying to cancel appears to be more difficult then when I was filling out the on-line application for the payday loan.

The company PDL has a number listed on my account which happens to be disconnected. I want others to know what's going on. I really believe this company has misrespresented themselves as helping people thinking they be approved for loan but ends up depleting their bank accounts instead.

EDitor's Suggestions on how to get your money back!

HERE IS WHAT RIP-OFF REPORT SUGGESTS YOU DO:

Go to your bank within 60 days of the charge, or as soon as you know about the charge, don't delay, and tell them that there has been fraudulent activity within your account. Explain that you wish to file a dispute, and demand that they assist you in accordance with Federal Regulation E.

According to the majority of victims interviewed by Rip-off Report, those who immediately called their banks to dispute the charges did not get very far. Many victims got the following responses from their banks: we could not do anything for you or you waited too long; it has been more than 60 days.

If the bank is says that you have waited too long, explain to them how you called their 800 number as soon as the charges were found, and were told by the bank that nothing could be done. Remind the bank that they failed to assist you properly at the 800 #, and instead, provided you with an inadequate explanation of your right to dispute. Tell the bank that it's their fault time has expired, and since they gave you the wrong info to begin with, they will just have to deal with it, take the loss and reverse the charges.

Tell them the truth; this was unauthorized and your account was NOT to be charged! Keep emphasizing how you never authorized anything! Direct them to the hundreds of victims reports that were filed on Rip-off Report.com. And if you're at the bank, walk them over to their computer and make them go to this site! If you are on the phone with them, tell them you will wait while they access this site! Either way, be persistent!

DO NOT TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER!

Let them know nicely, that you were advised to Report them (the Bank) and this situation to the Banking Commission in your state. Since each state has a different name for the agency/controller over banks, find that name before you call or get to the bank so you can throw it in their face. The more knowledgeable you appear to be, the further you will get.

And just continue to demand the Federal Regulation E form! The bank CAN, MUST and WILL reverse the charge! But, you must be persistent; ask to speak to the supervisor or the area manager for all the branches in the state.

Let the bank personnel know you are meeting with the media later in the day, that you would much rather they do the right thing (as most other banks have) by looking at the complaints and immediately reversing the charge(s) to your account; no matter how long ago it was. Be sure to call the Media if necessary so you are telling the truth.

If you have to, be loud (but nice) in front of other customers. If you are just calling by phone, the above tactics should still work. The bank can easily fax or mail to you the Federal Regulation E dispute form.

CHARGES TO YOUR CREDIT CARD

NationalPayDay.com is a Legitimate Company

AUTHOR: Lori - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, May 01, 2009

I would like to say that I am a borrower of nationalpayday.com and have been since 2008 and in no way do they take out unauthorized payments from anyone's accounts. They do take your payment out in two amounts (and this is specified on their website) but it is done on the same day as your loan payment is due and, if you add it up, it equals what you requested your loan payment to be for that particular pay day. They give you a choice of what you want to pay when your loan becomes due (pay entire amount or minimum amount or an amount decided by you). Make sure you know exactly what company you are talking about before you post on this website. I think that there is a similar to this name company that is on the internet. Maybe you meant that company. This is a great company and I will continue to recommend it to whoever asks me about a pay day loan from the internet. Your first loan is free and you only pay back what you borrow with no interest. After that, you pay 25% of what you owe if you carry your loan out in several payments. They are a great payday loan company. No more slandering them on this website, please!

Rebuttal to Report #404474 Regarding NationalPayday.com

AUTHOR: Nationalpayday.com - (Costa Rica)

POSTED: Wednesday, April 22, 2009

NationalPayday.com is in no way connected to, associated with, or affiliated with PDL Resource Site, PDRsupp.com, ID Protection, or IDProtection.com. This situation regarding this so-called affiliation has only recently been brought to our attention. We are currently investigating actions taken by the listed entities above. This is an ongoing investigation.

We would like to add that we do not share any of our applicants' or customers' personal information without prior consent granted by the individual as we state.

Our company is one of the oldest lenders on the Internet and do not process unauthorized credits or debits to any bank accounts nor do we participate in any such trickery as mentioned in the complaint.

Same thing happened to me!

AUTHOR: Anonymous - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, March 13, 2009

Ever since I applied for a payday loan I have had these mysterious debit charges to my account from different companies.

I can only assume that the payday loan company isn't even a loan company, it's meerly a scam in order to get your checking account information to charge you all of these fee's that keep re-charging your account every week.

After I applied for the payday loan, my account was charged $39 three times within an hour as well as being denied for the loan.
I then received about 50 emails from different payday loan companies that have been reported to be doing the same scam.
I have contacted my bank and a lawyer about a fraud lawsuit against the companies that have conducted the unauthorized charges to my account.
