I secured the help of an Automobile Recovery Company to find and bring back to me my 2007 Cadillac STS. The name of the company and their contact information is as follows:

Cynthia@nationalautorecovery.com
Case #20185
888-211-9317
Fax 480-452-0465
www.nationalrecoverynetwork.com

They gave me an estimate of the cost to recover my automobile of $800. This sounded excessive. I told them that this seemed 3 times higher than it should have been. But they insisted that they are professionals and secure hundreds of automobiles every day nationwide.

Cynthia, their representative called me on Tuesday 10-17-11 to tell me that they have found my car. She also stated that they would send me an invoice from the storage facility that has my car, and that would be able to pay the storage facility and pick up my car.

This morning I received an invoice from the recovery place for $2,028.50. They have stated that I must wire them this money within 10 days from the invoice date of 10-18-11, or else I will lose my vehicle. They will not accept Cashier's Check, Money Order etc.

They told me they would tell me where my car is located when they send the invoice. They put a Bogus Name and no address on that invoice. At this point I don't know where my car is, when I will get it back if ever, and I don't know if they actually have my car. They promised to send me pictures and the copy of the so called contract. They did NONE of these things promised. Now they won't talk to me. They wrote on the Invoice that if I don't wire mony within 10 days I will forfeit my property. Ten days was 10-28-11.

These people are scammers and crooks and belong in jail! I have filed complaints with the Ohio Attorney General, Arizona Attorney General, Ohio DMV, my insurance company, the Shaker Police Department, and the FBI internet Fraud Division. All of these entities claim that I will have to secure an attorney to recover my property! They will not report my car stolen although I don't know where it is, Don't know when I will get it back. Don't even know if these people have my car!

This sounds like a scam! Please help me!
