Nation's First Office Repair The company charged me 500.00 to repair my computer and salvage my pictures. Las Vegas Nevada

On March 30, 2015 I took my computer into Nation's First Office Repair.  They charged me 39. dollars and some change to evaluate the problem.  They called me back a week later stating that it would cost me 500.0 dollars to fix the computer, I told the young man for that amount of money I could buy a new one but there were pictures that I needed.  He informed me that the only way he could salvage the pictures was if I paid to have it fixed.  He also informed me that I could pay the amount owed within two months.  April 7. 2015 I went in with my first payment of 198.39.  The second payment was made on May 5, 2015 of 50.00.  On May  the 18, 2015 (a Friday)I went in with the last payment of 250.00, picked up the comuter.

The next day I set it up, the screen said it was not Windows authorized and I could not find my pictures. On Monday I took the computer back to them stated that I wanted my pictures and that the Windows was not authorized.  Brent stated that that the work had not been signed of and he could not fine the hard drive that was taken out. I told him and the manager Dean that I wanted my pictures or my money back or I would take him to court.  He laughed and said he had my money. I left furious.  They refuse to give me back my money, they LIED to me regarding saving my pictures.

It makes me wonder if anything was wrong with the hard drive since they cannot find it. Also you need to look at the small print above where you sign your name because it reads,

Customer acknowledges receipt of all goods/services on this invoice.

Customer acknowledges satisfation with goods and/or services and is ware that no refunds, no returns, no exchanges will be given.

THE ONLY THING I WAS ACKNOWLEDGING WAS MAKING PAYMENTS!
