Nations Law Firm Houston Texas. Seroquel Case: Non Payment of final settlement amount. Internet

My domestic partner filled a Seroquel  with this Firm over two years ago prior to his death in Feburary of last year.  I have follwed up on this case after his death because he was due compasation  from this case he had filed. I recived a letter on his behalf to take a settlement of 11.000 dollars which I Filled out all paper work and submitted a copy of his will to them showing mysely as the exector as well as sole beneficary of his estate.  

The firm has never sent me the final check for this case but has given me the final accouting amount stating that there were final Medicare and Medicade leins relating to the injury (suite)  I have never been sent a copy of final expenses are shown what was owed to Medicare or Medicade just told amounts by the firm never seen them or sent a copy of them.  I contacted firm to ask for final  accounting  they gave me a final amout of the check that I would be mailed but have never recived it. The firm has already subtracted there fees for the settlement amount and also for Medicare and medicade leins so they now need to send me the final check which they never have done.

I have tried to follow up on this several time but told I had to call a seroquel hot line and wait for them to call me back they never do I have left several messages.  All I want to know is when the check will or has been mailed.  They told me they have a administrator who  took care of this but wont let me talk to them they tell me I have to leave a message and someone will call me .  The firm sure got there money up front but will not answer my questions or send my final check. Whos is to say that thy have these funds in an accout and are reciveibg instrest off of other peoples monies.
