Nationstar sent me a mortgage statement in December 2014 contending they were servicing a loan for the Bank of New York Mellon with a balance exceeding $200,000. I filed a lawsuit and vehemently disputed the debt on my credit report. The lawsuit is currently pending and scheduled for trial in July 2016. On April 22, 2016, Nationstar Updated my credit report indicating my balance is 0.00. Know your rights and demand validation.

Nationstar's Abandonment of Acceleration Letter
However, Nationstar's attorney claims they never sent a Notice of Acceleration.

Even when you sue NATIONSTAR, their attorney gets in Court and play fast and loose.
On 12/22/14, Nationstar Mortgage sent me a letter stating my account was in default .
On February 17, 2016, Nationstar's attorney appeared at a Court hearing and claimed...... they haven't sent a notice of default, they haven't sent a letter of acceleration.
However, Nationstar's attorney send me a letter abandoning the acceleration.
CAN AN ACCELERATION BE ABANDONED without ACCELERATION?
KNOWLEDGE IS POWER, DEFEND YOURSELF AGAINST THESE FRAUDULENT PRACTICES
