 this company misfiled my lien release in the wrong county. customer service gave me the run around blaming me, bank of america, the county in live in . no one would take onwership of the problem ( steve schlickbernd ) or help me reslove it.

NATIONSTAR threatend to foreclose on me ONE DAY AFTER my loan modification was solidified and approved IN COURT! -NATIONSTAR reversed my payments so they could charge me more fees! -NATIONSTAR suspended my payments claiming that they are not full payments! - NATIONSTAR threatened to stain my credit report - NATIONSTAR is destroying my family's life and trying to drive us out of our home for no reason! Nation Star Mortgage Nationstar Mortgage, LLC assisted to refinance during a crisis in my personal life not educated in finance I signed an agreement to a 40 yr mtg w balloon payment instead 10 yr amortized over a 30 yr period. in essence, I pay the mortgage and still owe 1/3 balloon no matter when I sell.
