Nationstar Tax Assosiates Failed to provide service agreed to in contract Jacksonville, Fl. Internet

 I owed IRS approx 9800.00 I paid Nationstar Tax Associates 1600.00 to reduce the amount owed. They told me 4 months later I would pay IRS approx 1100.00 and have 6 months from date on IRS letter to pat the 1100.00 in full. Never got letter from IRS. Called Ray and emailed many times, no reply till I left nasty message stating I was contacting BBB. He calledc back and said because it was so long now more was owed and I need to pay NTA additional 800.00 to include all and my repayment to IRS would be between 900.00 and 1300.00, and again I would have 6 months to pay in full. I entered an "Installment payment agreement" to pay NTA the additional 800.00 They were paid in full. Now 3 months later after not answering my email or phone message. I called and got transfered to Bill Ray and he said instead of one-time payment of max 1300.00, instead they got IRS to agree to put me on a payment plan of 125.00/mt. till the full 9800.00 IRS bill is paid in full. I already worked a payment plan with IRS for monthly payments before I hired NTA to settle the IRS debt in full. Bill Ray is a piece of crap and I hope I will hear how carma repays him for being such a sleeze.
