Nationwide Advertising Or Coast To Coast Advertising Unauthorized credit card charges, no place mats produced, no refunds given Springfield Illinois

I have absolutely had it with this company! I ordered place mat advertising from Nationwide Advertising back in 2007, and they have charged my credit card three different times without my authorization since then. Even after I canceled my account and got a written confirmation, they are still charging my card every 5-6 months.

Calling this company to get a refund is ridiculous. They won't even try to help resolve the problem. They will admit they shouldn't have charged you, but will do nothing about it. I'm serious when I say that the people who work there are trained to make your life a living hell so you will just give up and go away.

I disputed the charges with my credit card company and Nationwide Advertising sent them a bunch of bogus paperwork to make it look like I had been ordering from them. I also contacted the restaurant that ordered the menus from Nationwide Advertising and they never heard of nor received anything from them. That means I've been getting ripped off since day one.

As a business owner I won't stand for this, and I will do everything in my power to keep this from happening to more people. I can't believe a company this crooked gets away with doing what they do. They need to be stopped!

I am contacting the Consumer Fraud Bureau of of Illinois, the Attorney General's Office and the Better Business Bureau of Central Illinois to report this company. If you feel like this company has scammed you or someone you know, I highly recommend you do the same.
